The Next Tocaya Organica Lands in El Segundo at The Point

Published by Eater Los Angeles

El Segundo’s outdoor beach-adjacent retail mecca The Point adds Tocaya Organica as a tenant today. It’s only been two months since the healthy Mexican chain dropped into Westfield Century City, but the hospitality company The Madera Group is prepared to keep this speedy expansion pace going. Three additional LA locations are on the way, as well as San Diego, and Arizona.

Tocaya’s locations at The Point and Westfield have a different look than the previous four in Venice, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Playa Vista. Diners can expect a new store template for all future locations, which feature marble tables, an open kitchen, living succulents, and mosaic tiles. But the menu remains the same with Tocaya’s organic Mexican style on bowls, burritos, tacos, salads, and plates.

This Tocaya Organica uses a 4,000 square feet space, keeps an outdoor patio, and is an easy neighbor to The Point’s healthy group of restaurants, including True Food Kitchen and Pressed Juicery.

Tocaya Organica will open in Westwood, Hollywood, the Beverly Center, and San Diego by summer, then Scottsdale in late 2018. Tocaya Organica at The Point is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
